Ron Kelsay

Ron Kelsay is a licensed attorney in the State of Arkansas and in the Federal Courts of the State of Arkansas where he has practiced law for more than 20 years. Ron is a graduate of the William H. Bowen School of Law at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock and has worked as a corporate attorney and in private practice. He earned his Bachelors Degree in Psychology with a minor in Criminal Justice and a Masters Degree in Personnel Management both from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana.


Ron is a member of Piney Grove Methodist Church, the Hot Springs Elks Lodge, Bear Lake Hunting Club, the Hot Springs YMCA, and the Oaklawn Rotary Club. He also belongs to the Hot Springs Bop and Swing Dance Club and enjoys ballroom, latin, and swing dancing. He is the father of two and his pastimes include attending ball games, running, basketball, boating, fishing, hunting, and swimming.

Bren Cobb

Bren Cobb is a Native Cherokee from Southeastern Oklahoma. Ms. Cobb graduated Tushka High School, and later earned a Nursing Home Administrator’s License from the Oklahoma University.


In 1987 Ms. Cobb changed her career to paralegal and moved from Oklahoma to Hot Springs, Arkansas. She has total of thirty-three years of experience in the legal field and has been employed with Kelsay Law Firm, P.A. for over eight years.
